💥🏆💥CONGRATULATIONS to Daniel Cabarcas for earning March's Athlete of the Month title!
Words can't express the respect I have for this young man. He is overcoming tremendous adversity, and he's doing it in a very short amount of time.
***Exactly 6 months ago, he was riding his scooter to school and was tragically hit by one car... then ran over by a second car. Injuries sustained: 5 fractures in his hips & pelvis, 2 fractures in his lower spine, broken collar bone, 3 blood transfusions, collapsed lung, head trauma, and was on bed rest for 1.5 months.
***We began working together two months ago, and in this time, he has CONSISTENTLY pushed himself to new levels each week. What seemed to be almost impossible on our first day is now easy for him. Daniel has never missed a session. He is never late for his appointments. And he ALWAYS stays late for extra work.
***I am truly honored to witness his incredible comeback. This champion refuses to quit. He refuses to let this adversity interfere with his positive mindset. We're all so incredibly proud of this guy! Keep up the great work, Daniel, and congratulations!👏👏👏

📈If you want to get strong and move with confidence, you need to maintain your spine which is the chassis for all movement. It’s so easy to get started!
💭 There are three planes of motion that you can move in. First, hanging forward and arching back. Second, bending to your sides. Third, gentle rotation.
☑️Do the following sequence for five minutes:
1️⃣. Bend over and touch your toes. Stand back up and arch your back while you lift your chest towards the ceiling.
2️⃣. Reach both hands for the sky and side bend.
3️⃣. Put your hands on your hips and draw big circles (like you are moving a hula hoop).
⏱Set a timer for 5 minutes and try this now. Let us know how it goes below - Movement is medicine!

What if I’m new to exercise?
Our trainers and coaches will have variations ready for all fitness levels.
What if I have injuries or physical limitations?
Our trainers and coaches will have variations ready for you, however, you will be expected to communicate these limitations to the Trainer prior to the session to discuss if the right options for you during your recovery.
How often is it recommended to utilize sessions?
You can come to as little or as many session per week as you’d like however we recommend for Maximum results you attend 2-4 sessions per week.
Who will be teaching the sessions?
Our Certified Personal Trainers and Coaches will be guiding you through your workouts.

Hydrate: 💧It can directly impact your ability to function physically and mentally. Staying hydrated is a necessity to life, just do it. How much? Try to have 90-125oz per day.

Plan your meals: Take a few mins tonight to either pack a healthy lunch or plan what you’re having for breakfast. Don’t let yourself get to a time crunch leading to a poor food decision.

Sleep: Sleeping allows us to recover and recharge. Our bodies do so much as we sleep, don’t neglect it. Make your room as dark as possible, eliminate screens on whole falling asleep, and avoid caffeine close to bed.
