Shoutout to our Online & Contest Prep client, .13, who's taking home some hardware in her first Figure competition. 5th place in a very tough A Class (1st place winner taking the overall).
She dropped over 30lbs and 7.5 inches off her waist prepping for this moment, and every training session, cardio bout, and macros sacrificed counted.

You don't need fancy equipment to get results, just have a creative mind.
The great thing about this exercise is that not only does it isolate your hamstrings, it also activates your adductors as well to keep the DB between the toes.

Doing too much too soon leads to injury, over-training/over-reaching, greater fatigue, and longer recovery time.
