Some footage from our before-school workouts last week. I know it takes a lot from our Court Vision families to get kids around town, so that’s why these workouts are free for those in the program.

About this drill that you can incorporate into your workout - I got it from

Offensive perspective: This drill trains hand speed and shot release with the pressure of a defender in a realistic close out distance. Hitting these shots is challenging but super fun and satisfying.

Defensive perspective: This drill trains reaction and shot timing. Active hands and feet for a short duration keeps the kids repeatedly focused and engaged. I put the defender about 4-5 feet away from the shooter to keep things fair.

Hey everyone, I’m Coach Bryce. Grateful to announce that I will be running Court Vision from here on out.

My job is to show each individual player the height of their true potential.

Every player that steps on the court has the ability to make an impact on the game and on their own life.

My purpose is to lead them on that path as their coach, and teach them to trail-blaze. To carve their own way to whatever they define as success. The sky is the limit.

I divide kids into two categories, believers and non believers. Kids that think that they can be great and kids that don’t.

Some days kids fall on the believer side. Some days kids fall on the non believer side.

My job is to show them every day that they belong on the believer side. That they can win a game or make a team or do anything they set their mind to, through their hard work and discipline.

All while having fun and keeping a smile on our faces! 😁
