SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
FOR YOUTHS & TEENS
School is almost out for the summer, but your childโs athletic accomplishments and goals donโt have to lapse. Weโre offering a 6-week summer strength and conditioning program for kids ages 10 and up to help them gain and keep a competitive advantage.
Your child can attend three 45-minute sessions per week with the guidance of a certified personal trainer who understands the unique needs of young athletes. Our flexible schedule provides both morning and evening training. You can pay by the week or save money when you join for the whole 6 weeks..
