Why an ‘Ego’ can hurt you.
Health hasn’t always been my priority.
I’ve always been very active in my life never missing a workout.
But haven’t always been connected with my body where health was my priority.
Debilitating injury and acute insomnia. Caused me to humble myself, and ask for help.
It wasn’t until I accepted help and coaching of new routines, that I really began to feel the health benefits in my body.

🔥8 Week Body Transformation !!
This is an accurate 8 week transformation that I did shedding 20 pounds of water and fat. Before I was between 15-20% body fat, and the after was between 6-8% body fat. A lot can be achieved in as little as 8 weeks.

Just another day for the rest of my life!
Technique #1
Is mindfulness 🧘🏽♂️ or being in a meditative state while recognizing where we may be dissociating from ourselves. This moment happens for me most often after a hard workout. I find myself in less of a head space that may be in other circumstances, busy. The goal in life is balance. The more we can introduce this mindful state at will. The more balance we enjoy👊🏽❤️🩹!

Technique #1
When I first began my meditation practice in late summer 2019. It was guided by a book I read “Becoming Supernatural” by Joe Dispenza. My understanding of meditation at that time was infatuated by becoming someone different (dissociation)not supernatural 😂.That’s not what the book spoke of, but I was extremely unhappy with my current circumstance. So I thought maybe 🤔 I can make these concepts in the book change my situation, then I’ll be happy. But I can tell you that after close examination and going back over this event timetable, with my now inner peace and lightness. It truly was a habitual pattern that left me in misery, not my circumstance. This is the classic case of dissociation, and is the adversary of a meditative state.
It’s important to note that these techniques were used in real time, and they also happened in this chronological order. I’ll share with you as an artist paints, the timeline in which these techniques were used. Then conclude that special moment when the Greater Intelligent Being(within) brought me full circle.
P.S. I dreamed of this day a long time ago, as a teenager. When life would feel easy, and I could unload the weight of the world.
