If you don't have DU yet, take around 5min to practice.
If you master DU, try triples for 5min.
Try to keep your shoulders engaged and avoid lifting your wrists/hands too high to prevent the rope smashing you feets.
Last round is 45 no 30reps for SU.

Para éste WOD puede usarse la barra o mancuerna durante el warm up.
En Core Prep piensa los high pulls como WU hacia el Squat Clean del trabajo específico.
Puntos clave:
^Espalda activada durante todo el movimiento.
^Extensión completa de cadera y piernas.
^Después del Shrug de hombros inicia tu empuje hacia el Squat.

Sea con barra o mancuernas piensa en esos 3 puntos
