In accordance with the recommendations from the White House, and due to the nature of Martial Arts, and high risks associated within for anticomunical purpuses. Karate class will be suspended for the remainder of March. Stay safe, stay clean and stay healthy. God bless you all and remember it's easier to make a difference, together.

When in combat always perceive the opponent, to be stronger, faster, and just simply better then yourself, even if you know that to be untrue, for what you do, is create a mentality, that makes you fight, smarter, faster, stronger, better! Never under-estimate the enemy, rather over-estimate them. When you do, you will conclude one of two things, one: that you must strive to better then you are, to overcome the opposition, but more so, number two: is you realise that it is better not to fight, for the reality is even if you defeat your opponent, you have yet to conquer yourself, and that is the ultimate adversary.
