Today, we pause to remember and honor Dr Sam Bakhtiar, on what would have been his 51st birthday. Though he is no longer with us, his impact on our lives and the community lives on. We remember the passion, dedication, and kindness he brought to The Camp TC! Sam was not just the Co-Founder of The Camp; he was a mentor, a motivator, and a friend to many. He helped create a space where we not only strengthen our bodies but also build lifelong friendships and learn invaluable lessons about discipline, perseverance, and resilience.
Wishing you a happy heavenly birthday, Sam. Your memory continues to inspire us all.

So what is HIIT and why do we love it so much?
