ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE: Exit 4 from I-490W (NY 259 S / Union Street) is closed to southbound traffic. In addition, the intersection of Union Street and Rt. 33A is under construction. AVOID THIS AREA ENTIRELY WHEN PLANNING YOUR DRIVE.

20th Annual Ryan J. McPhee Memorial Golf Tournament – IMPORTANT INFO

Sunday, July 12 • Mill Creek Golf Club (Churchville, NY)
The course is closed exclusively for our event.

Reminder: No outside alcohol or coolers per Mill Creek policy.

Schedule
• Registration opens at 11:00 a.m. (range balls provided)
• Lunch: 11:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Shotgun start: 1:00 p.m. — be at carts by 12:40
• Banquet: 6:00 p.m.

We have 115 golfers this year — please keep pace so we stay on track for the 6 p.m. banquet. Scramble & Skins rules provided day‑of.

Banquet Details
• 175 guests attending (not including kids)
• Banquet guests: arrive by 5:15 p.m. to check in and buy raffle/50‑50 tickets (available starting at 11 a.m., closing at 6 p.m.)
• Cash bar + outdoor seating available
• Dinner at 6:30, followed by awards & raffles

To celebrate our 20th anniversary, guests are welcome to share a brief (1‑minute) memory of Ryan or what the tournament means to them.

CGDST volunteers will be on site to share how fundraisers like ours support families affected by cancer or sickle cell disease.

Only 5 weeks until tournament weekend! Bentley is working on his game. He says go out & play 9 or 18 holes, hit a bucket of balls at the driving range, or practice chipping in the backyard. Tournament weekend will be here before you know it!

Registrations are coming in steadily.
• We’re at 85% of the minimum number of golfers needed to close the course.
• We’re at 94% of our banquet dinner capacity.

As previously mentioned, total banquet capacity is 175 guests. To meet Mill Creek’s minimum golfer requirement for a Shotgun Start and full course closure, Dinner‑Only registrations are limited to 65 guests at this time.

Dinner Guests: If you’d like to attend the banquet only, please get in touch with Amy Richardson directly ASAP. A few openings remain. Once we reach 65, a waitlist will be maintained until all golfers are registered.

Golfers: Please let Amy know if you’re interested in getting together a foursome. If you've reached out and mentioned you're putting together a group or two, please email or text me a quick status update.

Important Notice Concerning Registration Limits

May 10, 2026

Total banquet capacity is limited to 175 guests (not including kids’ meals). To ensure we meet Mill Creek Golf Club’s minimum number of registered golfers required for a Shotgun Start and full course closure, we must limit Dinner Only registrations to 65 guests. The best way to secure a Dinner Only spot is to register online through our tournament website: http://rjmgolftournament.wixsite.com/home

We have not reached the 65-guest Dinner Only limit in past years, but participation continues to grow each year.
