Don’t ever sit in a “dirty diaper” in business or as an employee. If the environment is toxic, you have two choices, change it or leave it. What has always worked will need to change if you want to progress. Change requires you to listen to your customer they will show you the way… The market always speaks. You just have to listen. Listen to your frontline workers the ones that are way far away from the penthouse in the inner circle of many businesses. Give them a chance to talk and share their experiences.
