Hello! My name is Melissa, your Thursday (9am) and Friday (9am, 5:45pm) yoga instructor at Concrete Yoga!

I’m most passionate about living life in vibrant color through movement, dance, joy, and honoring the glimmers in every day moments. My goal as an instructor is to create a friendly space where my students can simply let go, reconnect with their breath, flow into their bodies, try something new, and nourish their yoga practice with strength, confidence, and self love.

I always encourage my students to take what resonates, leaving what doesn’t, transforming my class flows into their own versions, and carrying the peace they find in class off their mat and into the rest of their day. Can’t wait to see you soon. Everyone is always welcome!

This studio is for everyone! All levels are welcome, we love to be a part of your practice. We love a good heated class 🔥 but not all classes are heated!!
Check your class description or speak with your teacher if the heat is an issue.
