Ready to let your kids rock out while they work out? 🤘🥁

We are so excited to announce our Kids POUND Class! This high-energy workout combines drumming, jumping, and total fun to get your little ones moving. Led by certified instructor Ruth Sylvester, it’s the perfect way to build confidence and coordination.

Here are the details:

🗓️ Dates: April 11th – May 9th (5-week session)
⏰ Time: 10:30 AM – 11:15 AM
📍 Location: Champions Fitness Center Group Fitness Room
🎓 Ages: Kindergarten through 4th Grade
💰 Cost: $40 for the full 5 weeks

Space is limited and payment holds your spot! Parents are welcome to join in as space allows.

Bear Rd Families!! I am so excited for this class! 🎉🎉💪🏻🥳

I've been substitute teaching at Bear Rd for the past few months (a few classrooms but primarily special areas) and I've had the chance to meet most of the students at the school. I've even done some drumming with a few classes during their music class. They had a blast and I think they'll really enjoy this! I'm so excited the PTO is giving me this opportunity. 😄
