Congrats to Brita on the purchase of Profits Apache.

Profit came to me to be started under saddle last fall and then came back on lease under his breeder this spring to help fill a need for more lesson horses as well as hopefully find Profit his person. I have really enjoyed having Profit in my program.

We can’t wait to see what this pair does in the future.

On August 1 & 2 we showed at SCSHA.

Brita and Profits Apache did awesome! They showed Saturday in many classes including the blind mice showmanship. It is so cool getting to watch these two grow together as a pair.

Me (Morgan) and Profits Apache showed in the Jr. Western Pleasure Futurity and took home the Grand Prize.

I also showed Avi AKA Pretty Xteme Kid all weekend. We ended up Reserve Performance for the weekend and for Year end points.

Kearny County 4H Horse Show. July 19, 2026.

Both Britta and Rosalie had a great horse show!

Britta and Profit competed in halter, showmanship, walk/trot western pleasure, horsemanship, trail, flags, barrels, poles and keyhole. Profit was first in 3 and under geldings at halter. They had a great show and I am very excited to see what this pair accomplishes going forward.

Rosalie competed with Avi in halter and showmanship. Avi was first in mares at halter.

Rosalie also competed with Cash in walk/trot western pleasure, horsemanship and trail. Excited to see Rosalie grow as a horsemen in the future.

Ford County 4H Horse Show. July 18, 2026

S’NayJah had a great horse show with Melody and Cash!

Melody went in halter, showmanship, barrels, flags, keyhole and poles.

Cash went in western pleasure, horsemanship, trail and ranch riding.

S’NayJah and Melody ended up Highpoint Intermediate! They had a great first show and can’t wait to see how they improve next year.

We visited the Shepard’s Center June 26 to share our horses with the community and residents!

I had some lovely clients and 4Hers help assist me with the horses.

This year was also special as a 96 year old resident took his turn riding!

Our last horse of the week (saving one of the best for last) is Avi, aka Pretty Xtreme Kid.

Avi does beginner through advanced lessons as well as is my personal show horse currently. Avi competes in everything from showmanship to english, western and ranch.

For Avi the if she were a human what job would she have was easy to answer, she would be a lawyer or CEO of a big company. Avi is the definition of a red mare or a girl boss, she likes who she likes and know what she wants in life. Avi's favorite thing is attention or treats, however bossing the other horses around is up there on her list.
