Starting August 2nd, Upper Deck Batting Cages 4000 sq. ft. state of the art Workout and Recovery facility will be fully operational!
Here are the programs that will be starting and ready for sign ups:
• BURN 60 GROUP CLASSES – HIGH CARDIO STRENGTH/CONDITIONING
• SPEED AND AGILITY – INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP CLASSES
• GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
• PRIVATE ONE-ON-ON PERSONAL TRAINING
