Another project checked off the list.

After weeks of permits, locating the building’s water shut-off, and making the necessary adjustments, our sprinkler system work is finally complete.

It’s not the most exciting update, but it’s one more step closer to opening the doors at Social Experience Cincy.

Spent 5 hours trying to figure out why we couldn't move forward with construction...

Turns out the water shut-off for the sprinkler system is inside another tenant's unit.
Just another day in entrepreneurship. Luckily, we got it figured out and we're back on track tomorrow.

Today was a big win.
The sprinkler plans are officially approved, which means we can finally move forward with construction and keep this project on schedule.
One step closer to opening day.

Today’s mission? Getting our sprinkler permit approved.

Today we added new arches that can be customized for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, corporate events, and more.

The vision is getting real.
