Welcome to HomeGrown “Let’s Go”!
All of you that made it this am with more women to come next week- congratulations on joining our community!
Each week I will post our workouts that we did on Sunday!
Today November 6 we didn’t make it to the Team of 2 due to housekeeping and signing waivers!

The focus this week-
1. Keep a daily journal of your workouts
2. Send me your Assessment forms
3. Count your grams of sugar each day including alcohol- bring with you next week or send to me each Sat nite or Sunday!
4. Focus on more water!
5. Repeat some of the workouts 2 days this week and record!
6. Make sure you write down what you want to accomplish by come to group!

7. No excuses Health -doesn’t take a holiday!
8. Post your weekly wins to the group!

-They Could be you didn’t want to do anything but you did!
-Selected a better option over sugar or pop!
-Looked in the mirror and was proud of starting to change some habits!
-Only ate out 3 x instead of 5!
These are wins!

We all need to hear your wins!
