Jennifer brings 29 years of experience in Revenue Cycle across the spectrum, allowing her to see the bigger picture and to seek solutions with a positive impact. She holds three nationally recognized credentials: Certified Outpatient Coder (COC), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), and Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA).

We’re excited to welcome Caitlin Turner, CCS, MPAL, to the UASI team as our new Inpatient Quality & Education Manager within UASI’s Education and Quality team!

Caitlin brings more than 11 years of inpatient coding and auditing experience, with a strong background in coding quality, compliance and leadership. Most recently, she spent five years as a Coding Quality Manager with Conifer Health Solutions, leading quality initiatives and supporting high-performing coding teams.

She holds her Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credential as well as a Master of Public Administration & Leadership (MPAL), bringing a strong combination of technical expertise and leadership experience to UASI.

We’re excited to welcome Brittani Winkler, MHA, BSN, RN, CCDS, CCDS-O, as a Staff and Client Success Manager on UASI’s CDI Services team.

Brittani brings 15 years of nursing experience and nine years in Clinical Documentation Integrity, with expertise spanning inpatient and outpatient CDI, quality improvement, risk adjustment, clinical validation, denials and program leadership.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with physicians, coding teams, CDI professionals and hospital leaders to improve program performance and turn clinical and operational data into meaningful action.

In her new role, Brittani will support our CDI teams and our clients - driving strong delivery, team performance, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Crystal brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience, with expertise in coding operations, quality, compliance, education and performance improvement.
