This is one of my favorites:
-Strawberries
-Banana
-Cinnamon
-Nutmeg
-Coconut Milk
I forgot the veggies but had a salad on the side so that's okay;

Place them into a mason jar leaving a little room at the top and freeze them. Take them out the night before you need them and you're set to go!

With so much going on around, take a moment to get off social media to clear your mental and release extra emotional baggage. Too much of anything isn't good. Don't continue to subject yourself to unpleasant visuals, as they can alter your psyche.

Plant Based Lunch!

Everything you see is plant based. Though simple this is a perfect sandwich to whip up in a pinch. You can also pickles, vinegar, and salt and pepper to add a little more flavor!

Sandwich Contents:
-Bread of course
-tomatoe
-red and orange peppers
-lettuce
-sauce
-daiya cheese
-simple truth deli slices
-Sweet earth benevolent bacon
-onion

How To Make a Personal Affirmation!â €
📝Affirmations are declarative statements spoken out loud that you believe or want to be true; that provide emotional support, and encouragement.⠀

There are a number of different methods to create affirmations, this is my personal favorite that I like to call Redirection!â €
â €
1. Create a List of negative things you believe to be true about yourself or that others have said about youâ €
2.Directly across, rewrite those negative views by turning them into positive statements about yourself that reflect the opposite of that thought. â €
*Beginning with phrases like I can...I will...I am....â €
â €
example: A negative thought could be "I CANT DO THIS." To redirect this negative thinking my affirmation would be "I CAN DO ANYTHING I SET MY MIND TO"â €
