These are our 50-minute Lagree classes, led by our newest coaches as they put their programming, cueing, and coaching skills into practice. Expect the 513 Lagree experience — slow, controlled movement, time under tension, and a full body challenge.

Come get a great workout, cheer on a new coach, and be part of the final step in their journey to becoming part of our team. We can’t wait for you to meet them!
