Mondays is FJ4U Interval Blast - Join us at 6:00 pm ET for a 45 minute low impact interval workout. This class will consist of cardio and strength/toning exercises using a your body weight or some variety of equipment i.e dumbbells, kettlebells and/or resistance bands for a total body workout. Where: Norwood Recreation Center / 2039 Sherman Avenue / Norwood, OH 45212 in the Club Room
Cost: $5 pe
Due to the bitter cold and inclement weather, we are canceling FJ4U Interval Blast Monday December 15th at the Norwood Recreation Center. Come join us Monday December 22nd at 6PM. Have a great week. Be safe
