Announcing the Kentucky Speleological Survey Annual Symposium will be hosted on September 12, 2026 at Hidden River Cave/American Cave Museum! Come join us to hear about cave projects in Kentucky!
We are seeking presentations for this event! Come talk about your cave project (does not have to be survey!). All proposals and time slot needs can be emailed to: [email protected]

The Greater Cincinnati Grotto hosted another great SOLO Wilderness First Aid class at The Great Saltpetre Cave this last weekend! Thank you to all of the participants who took their time to learn some critical skills that can be very helpful in real outdoors scenarios!

Another upcoming Orientation to Cave Rescue opportunity for those who are interested! This is a short drive from Cincinnati in Olive Hill, KY (Carter Caves State Park).
