Washington Taekwondo provides students with martial arts and self defense instruction. Classes are lead by 7th Dan Master John Ritter and 6th Dan Master Nicole Dangelo, and focus on the Korean martial art of Taekwondo. Out of the hundreds of martial arts, Taekwondo focuses the most on kicking. Kicking drills build strength, flexibility, stamina and agility. In addition to kicking drills, the club
