Not letting my mood dictate what I did helped me excel in bodybuilding, being an entrepreneur and even personal goals 🫶🏼 here are 5 reasons you should too!
1.) Following your plan now, on the hardest day will make it EASIER to follow through on hard days in the future. You’ve proven that that’s just what you do.
2.) When you show up, you’re modeling “I can rely on me” and it builds trust in yourself
3.) You committed to the plan from a higher version of yourself. The self with vision and goals. Don’t let the lazy, moody version of you make the decisions today.
4.) Action will actually change your mood. Move forward mindlessly if you need to. Your motivation, mood, passion will grow when you just go do it anyway
5.) Your goals don’t care how you feel. They don’t keep track. When it comes down to it, all that matters is whether you followed through or not. Period
