Meditation, whatever form you do it, can help you ground to be a more powerful warrior.

Y’all we need these practices rn.

With ICE in our streets and communities the more prepped and peaceful the more powerful we are. The more you see us rise.

It’s not meditation or action. It’s meditation and action. Not one or the other! Both of these aid the other. Meditation prepares us to take aligned action with clarity and purpose.

Dismantling structures of oppression leads to the kind of collective liberation and connectedness that meditation shows us is possible.

As my friend and colleague writes
(I’ve added the breathe part) We need clear demands: ( and can adapt these locally. )

Breathe and
— End all ICE raids and cooperation with local police.
— Demilitarize neighborhoods remove the National Guard from residential zones.
— Protect Sanctuary Cities
— Fund care, not cages support housing, healing, and community spaces.

Remember, a rested and meditated warrior is a powerful warrior.

Breathe and let us know what you are doing 👇🏽✨

There is a specific kind of magic that happens when movement, breath, and sound align. Suddenly, the mental chatter quiets down, and you aren’t just “doing” yoga (performing asana)—you are simply in it.

I believe that music is more than just background sound for a practice; it’s a heartbeat. It’s a tool to drop out of our heads and back into our bodies.

Yet, I’ve also learned that some of the most profound music is actually silence. There are moments on the mat where the external world fades so completely that the only rhythm left is the sound of your own pulse and the steady flow of your breath. In that stillness, silence becomes its own melody—a quiet space that allows you to hear the subtle whispers of your inner self.

Over the last 20 years, I have created hundreds of playlists to accompany the classes I teach. Recently, I’ve been moving these collections over to Spotify to make them easily shareable with all of you.

To support your practice on and off the mat, I am so stoked to share this growing library of curated sounds. Whether you’re looking for something upbeat to wake up your system, ambient melodies for deep restoration, affirmations, or special themes, these tracks are chosen to assist you to find your unique rhythm.

My name is Rafael Petro, and I’m happy to share that I’m now offering massage sessions at World Peace Yoga. 🎉

My work includes Thai Yoga Massage, a floor-based practice using assisted stretching, steady pressure, and mindful touch, received fully clothed, as well as Therapeutic Massage sessions offered on the massage table using attentive, flowing techniques tailored to each person’s needs. M Sessions can also combine both styles when helpful. 🙏

I see massage as a natural extension of yoga practice, an invitation for the body to be listened to with care and attention.🧘‍♂️

I’m originally from Brazil 🇧🇷 and spent many years living in Costa Rica, where I completed 160 hours of Thai Yoga Massage training at Yoga Mandir within a traditional yoga studio setting. I also graduated from the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage, developing a strong anatomical and therapeutic foundation. My additional training includes Prenatal Massage.

🙌To book a session or ask questions, text me at (513) 250-9871 or follow me on Instagram: ✌️

Appointments are now open. 👏

“Thai Massage is like having someone else practice yoga for you while receiving all the benefits. My Thai Massage with Rafael left me feeling stretched and aligned. Loved the shoulder opening. If you have a desk job or want to improve your range of motion, this is a wonderful therapy.” -Anna Ferguson

“As a massage practitioner myself, I’m very selective about bodywork and Rafael exceeded my expectations. Exceptional skill, intuitive pressure, and a deep understanding of anatomy and movement.” -Krista Olive
