As we prepare for the start of the Outdoor Track and Field Season on Monday, we are still accepting teams for the 2026 La Salle Legends Invitational on Saturday March 28th.

The Lancer Throwers competed tonight at the MSJ High School Invite.

Senior Wes Satterfield took 1st in the Shot Put and Weight Throw, while Senior Spencer Rega took 5th in the Weight Throw.

Wes’ throw of 48-0 is ranked 11th in the Division II State Standings.

Great job Wes and Spencer!!

After retiring from UC, Coach Schnier spent 8 years as an Assistant Coach for La Salle Track and Field. While his knowledge of Track and Field was unparalleled, his true impact was on the relationships he built with all of the athletes and coaches he worked with.

We mourn his loss and send prayers from the entire La Salle community to the Schnier Family.

UC Athletics mourns the loss of the legendary Bill Schnier, who led Cincinnati Bearcats TFXC from 1980-2013. In his tenure at UC, he coached 136 individual conference champions, 25 NCAA championship meet qualifiers, 10 All-Americans and two Olympic medalists.

Patrick’s dedication, leadership, and all-around excellence truly set him apart, and we are incredibly proud to see his hard work recognized on such a prestigious stage.

Congrats to the Lancers 4 by 200m and 4 by 100m relay teams who placed 5th and 4th respectively at today’s State Championships! Both moved up spots from where they placed in prelims, and ran their best times of the season!

Seniors Donivan Stinson, Walter Berry Jr., Tyrone Brown, and Patrick McLaughlin Jr. finished their Lancer careers, and Freshman Conner Sherman is just getting started!

This totals 9 points for the Lancers today, and caps of a great season! Great work Lancers!!

The Lancers 4x100 relay team took 4th overall at the state track meet today. Congratulations to Conner, Ty, Wally, & Donivan!

The Lancers 4x200 relay team took 5th overall at the state track meet today. Congratulations to Conner, Wally, Pat & Donivan!

The Lancers competed in the State Prelims this evening, advancing both teams to tomorrow’s finals!!

The 4 by 200m relay team of Conner Sherman, Walter Berry Jr., Patrick McLaughlin Jr., and Donivan Stinson placed 8th, and will race in Lane 8 tomorrow for the State Title!

The 4 by 100m relay team of Conner Sherman, Ty Brown, Walter Berry Jr., and Donivan Stinson placed 5th, and will race in Lane 2 tomorrow for the State Title!

Way to go Lancers! Time to being home some medals!!

Good luck to our 4x1 and 4x2 M Relay runners tonight as they travel to Columbus to compete in the State Tournament!

Today the Lancers competed at Day 2 of the Regional Championships.

Senior Evan Roell finished his season with an 8th place finish and medal in the Shot Put.
The 4 by 200m relay team of Conner Sherman, Walter Berry Jr., Pat McLaughlin Jr., and Donivan Stinson finished 4th and will compete at the State Championship next week!

The State Championship is located at The Ohio State University. Prelims will be next Friday 6/6, and Finals will be the next day on Saturday 6/7. Keep up the great work Lancers!!
