6 years ago we opened our doors to our community. It was a time of uncertainty in the world, but we couldn't be more certain about what we wanted, and needed, to build.
We humbly submit 3 pictures from our first days, including our first Murph, and three pics and vids from Murph yesterday. What an incredible community you've helped us build.

The thing is: we all know the little things matter. The problem is they're usually too small for our selves to see.
That's why someone else's eyes are important, to help us make the small changes that will:
- help us to avoid injury
- allow us to lift heavier in the gym
- lead us to live better lives
By helping Brittany with a slight tweak, Coach Ang has set her up to fly on her path.

We talked about our why, how we approach coaching differently at Revive, and what it really takes to succeed in this field: curiosity, connection, and a willingness to meet people where they are.
