This is what happens here through the magic of yoga and community. Our teachers are richly steeped in hundreds of hours of trainings in many traditions of Hatha Yoga. Most of them have invested countless hours and personal energy learning how to teach and communicate the fine tuning of proper alignment. The skill, experience and dedication of our teachers makes this a very special place where grace is experienced every day. Our teachers are ready to guide you into the experience of yoga with kindness, compassion and a true desire to serve. Each of us walks our own path in this life, and our paths have now crossed.
