Our current staff remains with this organization. This is about growth, not replacement. We’re expanding the room.

What we’re looking for is simple: coaches who’ve been in it, who hold players accountable, and who take the game seriously. Experience matters. Investment matters. Ego doesn’t.

The Lexington Phantoms are accepting applications for all coaching positions within our A7FL program.

Our current staff remains part of this organization. This is a reflection of our commitment to always building toward something greater. Cincinnati and the Midwest have been missing a standard in adult football for years. We intend to set it.

We are looking for coaches who bring experience, accountability, and a genuine investment in the game. We want to build a staff that reflects that at every level.

We strongly encourage coaching units to apply together. If you already have a staff you trust and work well with, bring them.
