An ode to the Free Motion Dual Cable Cross ✍️📝
Probably the best pick up we've ever found for the gym, this thing is still beautiful and has held up incredibly over the years. Wish we could find two more!
Training hard day in and day out requires preparation- one aspect of that prep is taking care of your body both in and out of the gym. Set yourself up for success prior to sessions by getting your body primed and ready to work through different exercises and drills!
