Body Alive Crestview Hills will have both a heated and unheated studio, men and women's locker rooms with showers and unlimited parking! To celebrate, we are offering a founding membership of only $60/month for UNLIMITED classes for life! Founding members qualify for an unlimited membership of $30/month at all 3 of our current locations until Crestview Hills opens. More studio details to come as well as our Crestview Hills schedule! A workshop for everyone who wants a deeper understanding of the yoga poses you see in your classes at Body Alive. This workshop will feature the alignment of our most commonly used yoga poses. Body Alive Kenwood opened in 2012 and is where we became the Body Alive you know and love today. With 3 studios and 9 class offerings, you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for! We have a 2,100 sq. ft. heated studio space which is home for Hot Power Yoga, Hot Body Sculpt, Hot Body Challenge and Hot Mat Pilates. Our 1,750 sq. ft. Barre/Cardio studio is where you can find Body Fusion, HIIT, Bounce and Barre. Last but not least, our state of the art Cycle room houses 20 state of the art Schwinn AC Performance bikes. BA Kenwood also offers a men’s locker room including 3 showers and a women’s locker rooms including 6 showers. Unlimited parking is offered directly in front of the studio.
