Every class starts with a circuit course consisting of martial arts exercises. Tonight, we also worked basic, intermediate, and advanced kicks, and a brush counter strike utilizing the Dean Goldade Dremel tool concept. Next week, Professor Hines, Chief Carol, and Sensei Grayson will be instructing.
