I am an ISSA certified personal trainer. I help people change their lives 🥊💪🏼 A lot of my clients love to learn how to box (i.e.
I train my clients at a very unique facility, it is a fitness boxing gym that has fitness equipment, as well as boxing gear (Cincinnati Fitness and Boxing)! hitting the bag, mitts, boxing drills) as a cardio workout and are impressed with the results. Fitness boxing is an incredible full-body workout that tones and transforms. I also do all traditional training sessions, for those who don't care box as part of the workout.

Proud of these ladies for signing up for a Hyrox event in a few months. Training for those events is no joke. We did a mini Hyrox challenge Saturday to see where they’re at. They’re both starting in a great spot and I’m excited to push them in training. They’re gonna do great!
