Aaaaaaa Kung-Fu & Tai-Chi Center LLC

Several students asked how I trained/prepared myself for int'l competition. Well, I started a year prior by training kung-fu daily for 5 hours, ran 10 miles daily regardless of the weather and was celibate for 1 year. My classmates and I practiced martial qi-gung to protect from punches/kicks...no matter how good a fighter you think you are you will be hit...that's when a real fighter shines-after being hit. We also practiced "IRON PALM" a lot. Knowing you could be killed in the full contact fighting served as a great motivator for me...lol

1980 US Team # 3rd Int'l Chinese Kuoshu Tournament. We were the most award-winning US Team w/ 6! I became first American involved w/ winning 3 awards
