Still working out and eating healthy? Just remember why you started this journey!
Not every day I want to workout.
But I do it anyways because:
- It gets me closer to my fitness goal
- it makes me feel better
- it gives me energy
- it makes me stronger
- it gives me confidence
- it's a natural stress and anxiety relief
