Good morning from the From The Bottom Up Elite Team!!!!! We know fall sports are kicking in but if you aren't a fall sport athlete or still want to sharpen up your basketball skills, this week we're having circuit skills training!!! Starting at boys and girls ages 7 and up. Advanced players and beginners are welcome!
The trainings will focus on jump shooting w/ lots of repetitions, different ways to attacking the basket off the bounce, and defensive techniques and principles.
Our summer special is
(3 sessions/$45) for the rest of the summer!!!
