What an amazing 5 days full of phenomenal experiences and opportunities at the SCW DC Fitness Mania. This was the first time I was lead in several sessions and I learned that I want MORE! I absolutely love it and am honored to have been trusted and given the chance to give it a try by several amazing mentors and leaders in the industry. This was also my first experience with professional filming and taking Aqua fitness (Water In Motion) and WOW! What a workout!!! A few days ago, I received a magazine in the mail, and I honestly had to pause and take it all in. This magazine means so much to me because it represents something I’ve worked incredibly hard for and a goal I’ve been chasing since attending my very first Mania in Chicago in October 2024.

Since then, I’ve attended several Manias and have been honored to be on stage as a backup dancer/co-presenter. But this time is different.
