Focus has shifted a bit from our traditional Japanese martial arts to wrestling for a while!

It’s wrestling season!!!!

Monday nights are for garage training!!!!

Been a busy week!!! Cobywa wrestling coaches meeting was Sunday, trained a local church in active shooter response Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night was Logan elm youth wrestling sing ups, now on my way to help train another church safety team!!!

Saturday mornings are for Double legs!!!

Absolutely great class last night! The adults worked a counter/kick/sweep combo while the kiddos worked on perfecting the front kick!
Classes are Tuesday from 6:30-8pm anyone and everyone is welcome to join!

Karate Class Tuesdays from 6:30pm - 8pm!!!!
