🌸 Happy Mother’s Day to all of the amazing volleyball moms, grandmas, bonus moms, and mother figures who help make this program so special! 🌸
Thank you for the early mornings, late nights, team dinners, long weeks, car rides, laundry piles, pep talks, and endless support behind the scenes. Your love, encouragement, and sacrifices never go unnoticed. ❤️
Our players are stronger because of you — both on and off the court. Today we celebrate the women who cheer the loudest, support the hardest, and love unconditionally.

Did you know today is National Girls & Women in Sports Day?
A national day we proudly celebrate around here. 💪🏐
As a female still deeply involved in sports, I will always advocate for girls and women in athletics. Today is a reminder of the journey—from being a young athlete with big dreams to now having the privilege of coaching and leading the next generation of strong, confident female athletes.
As a former athlete, I faced challenges—ones that tested me, pushed me, and shaped me. Those moments built resilience, passion, and a belief in the power of sport that I carry with me every single day.
Now, as a female coach, I’m honored to help young girls grow not only as athletes, but as teammates, leaders, and confident young women. To show them that they belong on the court, on the sidelines, and in every space sports can take them.
Women’s sports continue to rise—but there is still work to be done. In 2026, I challenge you to support women’s athletics however you can: watch, listen, share, or better yet—show up. High school gyms, college arenas, and professional venues matter. Female athletes and coaches notice the support, and it means more than you know.
To every girl who dreams of competing or coaching someday—never doubt yourself. You are capable. You are worthy. You belong.
Here’s to celebrating the past, empowering the present, and building a stronger future for girls and women in sports. ❤️🏐
