Every 4 weeks, my clients check in with me on the InBody scale to track their progress. Progress isn’t always linear life happens, schedules shift, and not every check-in will be “perfect.” But that’s the point: no one is perfect. What matters is showing up, staying consistent, and making small changes that add up over time. Progress, not perfection.
Every client has a different story, a different body, and a different goal. That’s why no two training programs I create ever look the same.
The results come from building a plan that works for you, not forcing you into a cookie-cutter routine.
