Congratulations to Professor Tyler Edwards on his promotion to black belt last night. It has been an honor training with him and watching him grow over the years. This belt is very much deserved and earned. Welcome Professor! OSS!🤙🏻

Meet 3 ladies that started their journey a little over a year ago with the beginners female class. After a few months of building up a solid foundation, I started pushing. When I wore them down into trying the adult class, they never looked back.

These bad@$$ women achieved their blue belts in just under a year. Watching them progress on their journey and getting to be a part of it has been an honor. Don’t let them fool you: they are killers!

Can’t wait to see what the next belt looks like on them. 😃🤙🏻OSS!!
