Wish Arianna a best of luck, as she competes in one of the biggest tournaments in her young career, tomorrow!

Gave up Halloween (and Candy) to drive 9.5 hours each way, make weight, and wrestle the top prospects in the country. ❤️ Setting a great example for our up and coming little wrestlers, to shoot for the stars, and be excited about what could go right.

Let’s go, kid!

It truly is an honor to be the coach in the corner of these kids, and their grappling adventures.

Today was a bittersweet class, as one of our students has officially graduated up through the youth program, and will now be participating in our adult classes. 🦾 Evan earns his yellow belt, and an introduction to the next realm of reality and expectation, to which he’s more than ready for.

Fun class, way to step up, everyone!

We’re looking forward to another productive youth wrestling season.

This is our planned schedule, which does have the ability to change.

There is a good combination of quality events, this season, that we didn’t have the opportunity to attend last year. 🦾 We compete against the entire State of Michigan, prior to the regional and state events. Giving our kids a valuable experience, where we’re not wrestling the same wrestlers every weekend. 🫶🏼

Let’s go, Quantum Flow! 🙌🏼 Here’s to a FUN season ahead, with 20+ of the most respectful and hard working little wrestlers in the area!

Smaller kids group today, which allowed us to cover some serious ground on our new takedown!

🤩🥋🙌🏼

We’ve been gearing the kids up for wrestling season, prioritizing things that will transfer over well for both sports.

Through the winter, our Youth Jiu Jitsu days will be opposite of our Youth Wrestling days, so the kids have an opportunity to enjoy both. 🫶🏼 If you’d like to try a class, shoot us a DM! We have a free trial waiting for ya.

Join our Jiu-Jitsu academy for top-tier Jiu-Jitsu training, designed for all levels. Whether you are new to Jiu-Jitsu or looking to refine your skills, our experienced instructors provide the best in Jiu-Jitsu techniques, fitness, and self-defense in a welcoming environment.

As we approach November, and an all new schedule for the winter season, we’d like to send the biggest thank you we can to our youth wrestling sponsors.

These selfless individuals & businesses helped cover the costs of our wrestlers T Shirts & Singlets for the season. Going above and beyond what they had to for our children. 😁🫶🏼 From everyone involved at Quantum Flow, thank you very much!
