We've had some laughs, and now we'll cry, we're going to miss this super smart guy! Today marks the end of our time with Kyle Payne, another one of our awesome grad students from .
Though he only got to spend a couple weeks working in the training room, we barely feel like we've spent time apart. He's been keeping busy with weekly zoom sessions tackling the craziest, funniest, & weirdest injury evaluations Jesse can throw at him. We are envious of his clinical sites next year who'll get to spend more time with him but know he'll rock it wherever he goes! Good luck we'll miss you!

We hope everyone made it home safely and wish those of you still on the road safe travels. During this time of high stress where we are being encouraged to practice social distancing, practicing self care and being aware of our mental health are even more important. We have attached information and links to resources from the NCAA, the CDC and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration about how to manage stress and anxiety as well as good practices for self care. We hope you'll read them, share them and reach out if you need help.
