Football and wrestling go hand in hand. The strength, balance, discipline, toughness and physicality built on the mat carry over directly to the football field.

We encourage all of our Kingsway football families to get their boys involved in wrestling this season. It’s another great opportunity to develop as an athlete, compete, build confidence and represent Kingsway.

One Family. One Team. One Kingsway.

The Kingsway Football family is about so much more than what happens between the lines.

One of our own, Athenah, and her family are facing an incredibly difficult fight as she battles cancer. Her family is spending their days focused on her treatment, her strength, and getting her healthy again while also trying to manage the additional challenges that come with a journey like this. This is where being part of a football family matters.

We teach our players to have each other’s backs. To fight for the person next to them. To never leave a teammate behind. Now it is our turn as parents, coaches, players, and members of the Kingsway community and other organizations to live those lessons ourselves.

We are asking our Kingsway family to rally around Athenah and her family.

Every little bit helps take some weight off this family so they can concentrate on what matters most: Athenah getting stronger and beating this.

Our kids are earning it tonight.

The parking lot is packed with wrestlers and football players who chose hard work over excuses. These athletes are building strength, discipline, and confidence one rep at a time.

This is how champions are made. This is how programs are built. This is how futures are changed.

The future is bright, but it isn’t given. It’s earned.

Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. The best is still ahead.

Our 14U level athletes have spent years learning discipline, accountability, teamwork, leadership, and perseverance. They’re preparing for the next level—not just football, but high school, life, and the challenges that come with growing up.

Every 14U athlete was once that little player standing across from an older kid, looking up and wondering what they could become. That’s where this picture hits home.

This is why youth football matters.
It’s not about wins and losses.
It’s about the journey from the first snap to the next step in life.

Today, Kingsway Youth Football is looking for additional players at BOTH the 6U and 14U levels.
If you have a young athlete ready to begin their journey, 6U is where it starts.
If you have an athlete ready to prepare for the transition to high school athletics and beyond, 14U is where that foundation is strengthened.
