Hey C-Town! Here is the Fall Registration form for all student-athletes in grades 9-12. Please be sure to complete this form prior to the mandatory in-person registration event at CHS on August 1st. ⚽️Youth wearing a soccer jersey get in free.
⚽️We'll be honoring our Seniors at halftime.
