Music City Floorball Club

Fun day of floorball for Middle Tennessee! We got to watch a great game against the Texas rivals, and the (Jaguars came back from behind to win) then got to organize a little scrimmage with our group. Even had some of the NAFL players and owners join us. Huge thanks to Steve at for giving us the rink time and for helping bring more floorball to the state of Tennessee. Also thanks to Cole and Ryan for dreaming up this league. It’s been fun watching it grow. And of course thanks to all our players and our favorite Birmingham FC players Jeff and Finley for making the drive and making it such a fun game. Final score: Gold 9 - Navy 8 with a buzzer be**er by MCFC’s own, Veronika! 💛

Music City FC brought home some hardware from Youth Nationals!!! Your boys in gold took home the silver in U14 and bronze in U16!

Couldn’t be more proud of these boys and the effort they gave this weekend. We were extremely short handed. Ten games, no subs in U16 and only one sub for U14, and all but one player played in both divisions. Exhaustion isn’t strong enough of a word. Still they fought to the very end and won the U16 bronze in a shootout after a hard fought game vs Utah. For the U14 finals game, while they defeated Chicago earlier in the tournament, they just didn’t have enough gas left in the tank and came out on top with an impressive win (congrats Floorball Chicago)!

The majority of this group returned to nationals this year after only winning one game in last year’s tournament. I know they’ll be back, hungry for more next year.

So many folks to thank; first and foremost Florida Vikings FC / Daniel Williamsson and family for hosting and putting on a very successful Youth Nationals tournament. It was the first ever with multiple age divisions!

To all the club coaches and organizers from all over the U.S., for pulling together such a talented group of teams to participate. I know how hard it is to organize a team to travel for these tournaments.

To all the parents for committing to travel and giving these amazing memories to your kids.

To Nathan Huddleston and Trent Kling for sharing your goalie gear, experience and knowledge with our goalie, Adyn. To Oleg Durbala for sharing your knowledge of the game and helping coach some of those tough games.

The boys had a blast and are ready to get back to work. We want the gold next year!! 💛

USA Floorball

Floorball Tuesday is our favorite day of the week! Great turn out today for drills and pick up games. Every Tuesday from 4:00-6:15pm at ! All ages and all experience levels welcome!

We had a great time playing in the very first Oxdog Open in Guelph, Ontario! Special thanks to for being incredible hosts. We hope to be able to return next year!

So proud of how much we’ve grown as a club in a very short amount of time. The success of our club and last weekend’s tournament is thanks to all our players and their families. We have something really special growing here in our great city!
