No practice tonight, Tuesday March 17.

Please see the SportsEngine chat for the update but with spring break, the cold, and several players being unavailable tonight we will cancel tonight and try again on Thursday.

NO PRACTICE TONIGHT, MONDAY MARCH 16, 2026.

In order to have practice and not damage the lacrosse field, temperatures must remain above 37 degrees for at least four hours, which sadly did not occur today. Tomorrow looks promising, but for tonight, stay indoors and stay warm.

Sorry families, but no practice tonight because we did not get above 37 degrees for enough time, otherwise we would destroy the field. Fingers crossed Tuesday will warm up for us.

🌡❄️LACROSSE PRACTICE, FIELD USE, AND TEMPERATURES!

Quick update about Parks and Rec's field use policy with cold temperatures.

In order to preserve the field at our beloved Civitan Park Lacrosse Complex, the temperature must remain above 37 degrees for a period of four hours during the day. If the temperatures do not rise above that for the time needed, we will not be able to use the field.

I'll keep everyone current of the practice conditions during the cold months. Please check updates in SportsEngine app. I'll do my best to publish practice updates on this page too.

NO PRACTICE TONIGHT, MONDAY FEBRUARY 16, 2026. Civitan Field is closed due to wet conditions from yesterday's rain and also President's Day.

We will have indoor practice Tuesday February 17 from 6:00 - 7:30pm at APSU's Jenkins Field House along with the boys team. So we will have practice on Tuesday indoors.

Cross your fingers Civitan will dry out for Thursday night.

MC LAX practice tonight (Tuesday Feb 10) and Thursday Feb 12 will be at APSU Jenkins Field House from 6:00-7:30 pm!

We are grateful to APSU and Coach Rausch and her team for letting us use this space this week while our fields at Civitan hopefully dry out for next week.

No practice tonight, Monday February 9, 2026. Field conditions at Civitan are still too wet for play. I will keep you posted on whether or not we can use the field this week at all, so stayed tuned while the field dries out.

Come on out this morning for the first ever APSU Women’s Lacrosse game at 11:00am at the football stadium. Game is free admission too.
