This class is for everyone — whether you're easing back into movement, managing an injury, or simply craving a slower, more supported practice. Using a chair as your prop. No experience needed. Just show up as you are. This is the perfect mid-afternoon reset. 🪷

First ascent ✅
Week 3: Yoga with the recruits— 90 degrees outside, but we found our shade and settled in.
They moved together, breathed together, and then got quiet together. And honestly? That last part might be the most important.
They are learning to run into the hard things. A little of what I can offer is reminding them that knowing how to rest is just as vital as knowing how to push. That stillness isn't weakness — it's recovery. It's awareness. It's showing up whole.
Grateful for every Thursday morning with this crew. 🔥🧘♀️🚒
