This past week I had the privilege of being my sister’s doula for her planned cesarean! It was a wonderful experience to not only get to support her but also to meet my sweet new nephew. Doulas can be very helpful and supportive for any type of birth that you may want, plan or not plan for. Please reach out if you are looking for a doula for your birth!

These girls are my WHY. I want them to witness firsthand that their mom is strong and can do hard things. I want them to see that I am resilient and hard working. I want them to experience a life full of the joy of helping and supporting others. gives me the opportunity to do just that. I am so excited to announce that I am opening Mamastefit Clarksville early this year! I’d love to introduce myself to kick it all off!
I’m Hahna, your go-to for prenatal and postpartum fitness if you are in the Clarksville area! I am a wife, mama of 2, lover of a good book and all things health and wellness. I am Mamastefit certified and CrossFit L-1.
After my second daughter I began training with Gina at and absolutely loved it. So much that I decided to start my own affiliate after we moved to TN!
I can’t wait to begin this journey and help you feel empowered, strong, and prepared throughout your pregnancy and postpartum period. Please reach out with any questions and I will continue to post more.
