This first month of your training should be dedicating to strengthening the core, muscle stabilization, and endurance.
Then, move on to strength development!
For the first month of training you should focus on exercises that force your core to work & stabilize!
One way to shock a muscle! Pulse it out!
My Top 3 Back Exercises:
Pull-ups
Isolated Lat Pulldown
Barbell Rows
Are your shoulders wobbly when you do free weight chest exercises? 🤔
This exercise helps a ton with shoulder stabilization! I did this to prepare for the bench press!
As a beginner, I need to teach my muscles to stabilize FIRST!
Pause repetitions are so useful in gaining overall strength! Give it a try today!
How to fix bad posture!
First, stretch out your chest and anterior deltoid daily.
Second, start sending some activity towards your back muscles.
Deadlifts and rows are staples of my program and has fixed my posture!
