✨Remote programming spotlight: Bri!!!✨

“I’ve been working with Vinny since January, and within the first month I saw my muscle mass increase and my body fat drop!

Prior to Vinny I was sitting in a plateau spinning my wheels on how to progress to the next phase on my fitness journey. Since being on my program not only have I seen some aesthetic progress, but also performance, and most importantly- confidence and the ability to get out of my comfort zone! Vinny is great at checking in and providing feedback, a solid support system- which personally I think is necessary if you’re in this lifestyle for the long haul. And the program itself- killer! If you can’t get into class with us, remote programming is always available through CSP. Jharell has some big goals he is chasing after & is hard work is paying off!!

Back at it with Marissa highlighting one of our go-to in season squat variations. Box squats are more concentric focused which cuts down on muscle soreness big time. You can keep the athletes working at heavy weights and keep them from getting really sore. It’s a win win!

Remember you want your athletes training heavy in season you just have to be mindful of how you program it. Use the right tool at the right time.
